Hartford Civic Center (XL Center): A Guide for Visitors

From the North or South, take I-91 to Exit 32B (Trumbull Street). Proceed straight through six lights; the Civic Center will be on the right.

From the East, take I-84 to Exit 50 (Main Street). At the third light, turn left onto Trumbull Street. The Civic Center will be on the right at the second light.

From the West, take I-84 to Exit 49 (Ann & High Streets). Turn right onto High Street, then left at the first light onto Church Street. The Center is at the next intersection.

• The main entrance to the Hartford Civic Center is located on Trumbull Street. This is the entrance you should use if you are visiting the Box Office.
• Before an event, you'll often find shorter lines to enter the Civic Center at the Church and Trumbull or Church and Ann Street entrances.
• Expect to have your purse or bag searched before you enter the Civic Center.
• Security searches can create entry delays, so it's always a good idea to arrive early.
