Games and performances are held inside the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. The Exhibition Center hosts a variety of trade shows and public events. In 2007, Northland AEG took over management of the Hartford Civic Center from Madison Square Garden, which had operated the facility since 1997. The Civic Center is home to the Hartford Wolf Pack--a minor league hockey team affiliated with the New York Rangers--and the home away from home for UConn's basketball teams. Getting Tickets for Hartford Civic Center Events: Tickets for most events can be purchased in person at the Hartford Civic Center Box Office or at Ticketmaster outlets in Connecticut. Tickets for shows and games can also be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster at 860-525-4500. Directions to the Hartford Civic Center: From the North or South, take I-91 to Exit 32B (Trumbull Street). Proceed straight through six lights; the Civic Center will be on the right. From the East, take I-84 to Exit 50 (Main Street). At the third light, turn left onto Trumbull Street. The Civic Center will be on the right at the second light. From the West, take I-84 to Exit 49 (Ann & High Streets). Turn right onto High Street, then left at the first light onto Church Street. The Center is at the next intersection.
